JOIN THE GERMAN PAVILION AT RENEWABLE ENERGY ASIA 2008 WHERE GREEN BUSINESS IS GOLDEN

Renewable Energy Asia 2008 is co-located with Entech Pollutec Asia - South East Asia's largest and most successful environmental exhibition.

In 2006, one of the most successful was the German Pavilion that was home to eleven of that nation's most progressive companies.
The pavilion not only spotlighted German businesses but was a venue where off-the-cuff presentations were made and mini-seminars conducted. Visitors were invited to partake in the informal setting by asking questions and getting on-the-spot answers from experts.
The pavilion also served complimentary refreshments and offered seating, making it a very popular destination at the event.

The results saw many contracts signed for the companies and a host of new sales leads generated.

Mr. Hans Westphal, Managing Director of Retech Energy Co Ltd., a leading supplier of Renewable Energy Technology to Thailand had this to say.

"Our company exhibited at the Renewable Energy Asia exhibition since 2006 and 2007 which resulted in good business transactions. In 2006 we joined the German Pavilion as we will also this year. We met many potential customers from across South East Asia and follow-up business after the event was strong. We will continue to exhibit here and expect even better results in the future."

STRONG SUPPORT FROM GERMAN GOVERNMENT

The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology is supporting German activities at the 2008 exhibition following the considerable success enjoyed by companies who previously joined the country's pavilion. Companies from the Federal Republic also have the opportunity to participate in joint company presentations.

All German companies as well as their foreign branches and agencies are eligible to participate.

This is the perfect opportunity to expand your business in the booming South East Asian market .

  • THAILAND - Many government mandated programs underway with 2011 set as target for the country to obtain 8% of its energy from Renewable Energy sources.

  • VIETNAM - Hydro-power is big here and over US $20 million in investment is needed.

  • PHILIPPINES - The Energy Independence Program was introduced in 2004. Renewable Energy sources will contribute 24% of the country's needs by 2025.

  • MALAYSIA - Solar power is a top priority here and the government is intensifying development of many RE programs including biomass.

  • CAMBODIA - A strong emerging market opportunity with private companies already investing over US$20 million through the Renewable Energy Action Plan.
