Thai graduates from Germany seen as ideal candidates for German firms


It is fact Thai cross-cultural issues play an enormous role in international business activities, especially when there are enormous cultural differences in the countries concerned (for example Germany and Thailand). Many actions appropriate for one country are not suitable for application in the other country, can even be offensive.

Thai students in Germany have long since been welcomed as candidates for employment in German companies operating in Thailand. Young Thai graduates offer German companies easy access to Thai culture and business behaviour. In addition, they possess valuable knowledge about Germany and its business practices as well as German cultural and social values. If compared to German candidates, they are available at much more economical conditions.
