Mercedes-Benz Thailand has taken one more step forward to further enhance its customer experience, with the recently implemented management dashboards that provide a clear picture about the status and activities of Thai dealers who are the main interface to end customers. The dashboard solution captures data from different sources such as customer satisfaction surveys and operational databases and transforms them into a meaningful overview of critical business information. It supports the company's ongoing initiatives to provide outstanding customer service. "We are a premium brand and we believe that our customers deserve distinctive service", says Prof. Dr. Alexander Paufler, president and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Thailand. "Therefore, we want to ensure that we are delivering a consistently premium customer experience across our dealer network in Thailand". "Insights drawn from the new dashboards helps us identify key improvement areas to benefit our customers," Paufler emphasised. The new technology allows Mercedes-Benz Thailand management to monitor trends and exceptions to customer and business related indicators when compared to specific performance benchmarks. The underlying software solution combines data from multiple sources and exports easy-to-use interactive dashboards into PDF or MS PowerPoint format. Consequently, they can be easily used as a working tool in the field or for management presentations. "Our team worked very closely with Business Improvement Consultants from Freewill Solutions to ensure our dashboards are meaningful to the users. The dashboards are interactive and show what really matters" claims Putthi Tulayathun, General Manager for Business and Network Development. "It's similar to the Dashboard in the driver's seat of our Mercedes-Benz cars. Simple, but very effective to stay on course". Apart from the new dashboard solution, implemented by Freewill Solutions, Mercedes-Benz Thailand is undertaking a wide range of other initiatives to remain the leader in providing premium products and customer experience to the Thai market.
